Sometimes when you have such a great experience with a company it’s hard to put into words that would mean enough. When our family needs to hire out, we look for a few things. We want someone who is local (they buy local as well), honest, responsive, down to earth, personable, trustworthy, and already has great reviews. Josh and his ProPeak team checked all of those boxes for us. Josh kept an open line of communication with us from start to finish. He walked us through any questions we had and was able to recommend things based on his knowledge. On day of removal and installation Josh’s crew showed up and got to work. They worked hard the entire day and not one of them sat around. They were the true definition of team work. When the job was complete Josh made sure that everything was perfect and the team exceeded the clean up! We can’t thank ProPeak enough. Our family feels comfortable knowing we will be safe and sound under our beautiful new roof for years to come.

When they were done you would have never knew they were even here. They put everything back in its place and had the entire area cleaned up perfectly! Josh and his team were able to get my home and garage done the same day. I could not find a trace that they were even there. That was a concern due to the fact that my wife has a daycare in our home. We didn't want any debris left in the yard for the children to get hurt on. They worked around our schedule to get the job done when the daycare was closed for a day. Josh and his team did a fabulous job replacing worn out shingles on my roof. His presentation of the work required was professional, detailed, and he answered all my questions. Josh worked with my home owners insurance over hail damage. They were able to tear off old shingles and put on the new in 2 days. Crew did a great job of cleaning up around the house and shed. If you're looking for a company that knows what they are doing, this is it. I noticed some leaking in one of our bedrooms. Josh answered his phone and was on our roof in the same week. He applied a fix and explained the problem to me. He also looked over the rest of our roof and found a vent that was not working properly.

ProPeak has definitely earned my future business! After being left with significant hail damage to our roof, we had difficulty with our Insurance Inspector, and the initial Contractor agreeing on estimates. After a very lengthy delay in progress, I contacted ProPeak, and talked with Josh (Owner/Operator), and he came out to the house and did an initial inspection and then asked for the Insurance Inspectors contact info and he went to work. Josh was very persistent and wanted to meet in person to review the damage with the Insurance Inspector and they were able to agree on scope of damage and repairs to be made. Josh was able to turn a Red Tape situation with my Insurance company into an actionable and very professional review and outcome that was amicable to all, and most importantly got my roof repairs completed. Best yet, the roof was repaired and looks absolutely incredible. His team did a full tear down and install in 1 day! The tools and process utilized including cleanup left the yard looking like they weren't even there, and the overhead pictures Josh takes to show the finished product are a very nice professional touch.
