The ProPeak team did an excellent job repairing my roof after my home was damaged by a storm. Josh was responsive throughout the entire process from beginning to end. All my phone calls were quickly returned. They showed up when they said they would, and they finished when they said they would. If you're looking for a company that knows what they are doing, this is it. I noticed some leaking in one of our bedrooms. Josh answered his phone and was on our roof in the same week. He applied a fix and explained the problem to me. He also looked over the rest of our roof and found a vent that was not working properly.

ProPeak has definitely earned my future business! After being left with significant hail damage to our roof, we had difficulty with our Insurance Inspector, and the initial Contractor agreeing on estimates. After a very lengthy delay in progress, I contacted ProPeak, and talked with Josh (Owner/Operator), and he came out to the house and did an initial inspection and then asked for the Insurance Inspectors contact info and he went to work. Josh was very persistent and wanted to meet in person to review the damage with the Insurance Inspector and they were able to agree on scope of damage and repairs to be made. Josh was able to turn a Red Tape situation with my Insurance company into an actionable and very professional review and outcome that was amicable to all, and most importantly got my roof repairs completed. Best yet, the roof was repaired and looks absolutely incredible. His team did a full tear down and install in 1 day! The tools and process utilized including cleanup left the yard looking like they weren't even there, and the overhead pictures Josh takes to show the finished product are a very nice professional touch.
