Excellent service from start to finish. The crew arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They didn't waste any time and were very efficient. When they finished, they cleaned everything, and left the area around our house even better than it was before they arrived (thank you for that!). They did a great job; we are very happy! ProPeak has definitely earned my future business! After being left with significant hail damage to our roof, we had difficulty with our Insurance Inspector, and the initial Contractor agreeing on estimates. After a very lengthy delay in progress, I contacted ProPeak, and talked with Josh (Owner/Operator), and he came out to the house and did an initial inspection and then asked for the Insurance Inspectors contact info and he went to work. Josh was very persistent and wanted to meet in person to review the damage with the Insurance Inspector and they were able to agree on scope of damage and repairs to be made. Josh was able to turn a Red Tape situation with my Insurance company into an actionable and very professional review and outcome that was amicable to all, and most importantly got my roof repairs completed. Best yet, the roof was repaired and looks absolutely incredible. His team did a full tear down and install in 1 day! The tools and process utilized including cleanup left the yard looking like they weren't even there, and the overhead pictures Josh takes to show the finished product are a very nice professional touch. I like a person that will "Say what they do" and then actually "Do what they say". ProPeak re-roofed our house this past fall and Josh's team did a masterful job. Josh and his crew worked with my insurance company to get the repair done quickly and he was very good about returning my calls with questions. We were really pleased with Josh's roofing work. First, he had to take off 2 layers of shingles and prepare the base. The roof was a difficult slope being very steep with the edges hanging almost vertical and the top flat. He got everything put together and it looks very nice. I'd have no problem having him again and recommending his work.

Our roof started leaking right over our furnace. I called Josh on a Thursday and left a voicemail and within 10 minutes he called me back. He was able to get out that afternoon to provided a quote to put a new roof on our house and attached garage. Very reasonably priced and he was able to get his crew to come out that Monday. Very happy with the quality of work! His crew also did a great job cleaning up, you'd never know anyone was here.

Josh and his team were able to get my home and garage done the same day. I could not find a trace that they were even there. That was a concern due to the fact that my wife has a daycare in our home. We didn't want any debris left in the yard for the children to get hurt on. They worked around our schedule to get the job done when the daycare was closed for a day. Josh and his team did a great job on my roof. They arrived at 8:30 this morning and they were done before I returned at 5:00. A very efficient clean job, I had flowers I was worried about and they did not harm them at all. I believe this was a wonderful job done and I think my landlord should be happy.
