We want someone who is local (they buy local as well), honest, responsive, down to earth, personable, trustworthy, and already has great reviews. Josh and his ProPeak team checked all of those boxes for us. Josh kept an open line of communication with us from start to finish. He walked us through any questions we had and was able to recommend things based on his knowledge. On day of removal and installation Josh’s crew showed up and got to work. They worked hard the entire day and not one of them sat around. They were the true definition of team work. ProPeak did a fantastic job on our roof. It had started leaking due to hail and they completed all the work in a full day. The color match was spot on and they cleaned up every old shingle and nail. Josh and his crew was amazing to work with. He came out and met with our adjuster. He sat down and lead us through the entire process. His crew was absolutely fantastic. When they were done you would have never knew they were even here. They put everything back in its place and had the entire area cleaned up perfectly! You can definitely tell that they take pride in a what they do. Because from start to finish, it showed! Very nice and friendly crew! I am a very picky person and was extremely pleased by their work!
